Day Break Volunteers Needed—Day Break Respite and Caregiver Support Services is a program of Catholic Charities that serves dependent, older adults and their caregivers. We need volunteers for in-home respite—simply going to the home and spending time with the older adult while the caregiver gets out for a much-needed break. We also need volunteers to provide escorted transportation for elders to medical appointments or grocery stores. Volunteers are especially needed on Monday mornings & Tuesday afternoons.
