* Because we will verify your name with the Parish Registry, we'll need the name that you used to register with the parish. For example, for the Andrews family, it may be Peter Andrews.  We will use your phone number as a second verification.  If that has changed since you you registered, please indicate your previous phone.  For new Parishioners, we will verify with the most recent registrations.
